CILC is the professional supplier of modular container. In 2009, CILC will plan to invest new energy sources. CILC will setup a joint venture company in Beijing to produce CIGS solar panel. The first production line will be in capacity of 2.5mw. The products will be going to off line in the latter half of 2009. CILC will manufactures lowest cost solar panel in China, the target will be $0.95/watt.
